First training in digital in 2005, in SEO professionally since 2012. That's 14+ years of moving from tactical execution to enterprise strategy, from link building campaigns to full organic growth systems, from ranking reports to boardroom decisions.
I take how search engines and AI systems actually work - retrieval pipelines, entity graphs, ranking signals, behavioral feedback loops, language model interpretation layers - and turn that into structured decisions for founders, CMOs and marketing teams. Not recommendations. Decisions.
What I do
I consult on SEO strategy and AI search visibility for B2B companies, e-commerce, SaaS, and enterprise. That includes:
- Full SEO and GEO/AEO audits: technical, strategic, topical, entity-level, and AI citation readiness
- Topical map design and content architecture grounded in semantic depth and EAV structure
- Off-site authority strategy: link acquisition frameworks, entity reinforcement, brand disambiguation
- Business-aligned organic growth strategy: capital allocation, ROI modeling, KPI definition
I also run takaoto.pro, a boutique SEO-first digital marketing agency based in Poland, serving e-commerce, corporations and B2B enterprises across Poland, CEE and English-speaking markets.
What I build
I design frameworks and tools that make SEO decisions more systematic and less intuitive. The core methodology is BUXS - Brand x UX x Semantics - a structured approach to organic visibility that starts with business strategy and ends with measurable retrieval outcomes. I'm building BUXS as a platform (currently in development), combining strategic briefing, topical map generation, EAV decomposition, content briefs, audits, and GSC integration.
How I think about SEO
Search is a probabilistic retrieval system. AI search is a distribution and interpretation layer on top of it. Both reward the same things: entity clarity, semantic completeness, off-site authority, and brand consistency. The tactics change. The physics don't.
SEO divorced from brand strategy loses durability. SEO divorced from business goals loses direction. My job is to keep those three things connected.
Speaking and public work
I speak at international SEO conferences including BrightonSEO, Chiang Mai SEO, SEO Estonia, Baltic-Nordic SEO Summit, and SEO Mastery Summit Vietnam. In Poland: SEO Vibes, Festiwal SEO, semKRK, I Love Marketing, InternetBeta and others. Topics range from data-driven link acquisition and topical authority systems to AI search frameworks and organic growth economics.
